Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入水口と出水口と備えたケーシングと、該
ケーシング内に収容され前記入水口から出水口へ
流通する流体に接して回転する磁性体からなる回
転体と、該回転体の回転により磁束変化を生じる
位置に設けたバイアス磁石と、該磁石の磁束変化
を検出する磁気センサーとからなる流量センサー
。 (2) 前記回転体は、磁性体を素材とする２枚の
羽根板を十字形に組み合わせた羽根部と、十字形
に切り込んだ溝を設けた側板で形成され、前記回
転体は、前記側板を前記羽根板の両側から嵌合し
てなる請求項(1)記載の流量センサー。
