There are some types with an adhesive layer provided on an uneven surface, but in these cases, contact between the conductive base material and the conductive substance or other conductor in the adhesive layer is inhibited by the adhesive, resulting in satisfactory conductivity. Not only is this not possible, but if conductive powder or other materials are mixed into the adhesive to improve conductivity, the adhesive force may decrease and the adhesive may deteriorate depending on the conductive powder mixed in. However, it is difficult to obtain good adhesion and conductivity with such adhesive tapes.

The purpose is to obtain good conductivity.

Further, the conductive substance 3 is formed of various single metals or alloys in the form of foils or fibers, carbon fibers, conductive plastics, or the like. These conductive substances are placed between the adhesive layers formed on the conductive base material, and one side edge 3b of the conductive substance 3 formed in the shape of a tape or the like having a width slightly wider than the gap between the adhesive layers is placed between the adhesive layers formed on the conductive base material. It is placed so that it slightly rests on the edge, and the other side edge 3a is in contact with the surface of the conductive base material.

The substances 3 can also be provided alternately to form a conductive double-sided adhesive tape. In this case, in addition to arranging the adhesive layer and the conductive material in the same manner on both sides, the adhesive layer and the conductive material are arranged in vertical rows in the longitudinal direction of one surface, and the adhesive layer and the conductive material are arranged diagonally or obliquely on the other surface. They can also be provided in orthogonal orthogonal shapes. Although a conductive adhesive tape has been described above, a conductive adhesive sheet can also be formed in the same manner.

The parts that rest on the edges touch,
Next, an adhesive layer is attached in contact with the conductive material, and since the other side edge of the conductive material is in contact with the surface of the conductive base material from the beginning, conductivity can be obtained by this alone. Then, when this adhesive tape is pressed to firmly adhere to the object to be adhered, the conductive substance comes into closer contact with the object to be adhered and the conductive base material. In this way, conductivity from the conductive base material to the adherend via the conductive substance is reliably and sufficiently achieved. In addition, even if there are irregularities on the surface of the object to be adhered to, the conductive material has a high part that partially rests on the adhesive layer, so it can be easily fitted to the surface of the object to be adhered to from this part. . Furthermore, as one side edge of the conductive material is placed on the edge of the adhesive layer as described above, conductivity can be achieved without intervening a particular conductive adhesive between the conductive material and the conductive base material. In addition, forming an adhesive layer on a conductive base material and positioning the conductive substance tightly between the adhesive layers makes manufacturing easier. Although it is difficult,
According to this product, after forming the adhesive layer, one side edge rests on the edge of the adhesive layer, and the other side edge rests on the conductive base material so that they are in contact with it, making it easy to manufacture. It is extremely easy and economical to manufacture.
