い等の機能上の問題があつた。``Problems to be solved by the invention'' However, it is difficult to make trenches on the surface of the plowed mud in the field, and it is difficult to sow the seeds to a depth of about 2 centimeters or less to enable germination. In contrast, with the conventional technology, the ground pressure of the left and right soil leveling bodies becomes uneven due to the unevenness of the field plowing plate, and the support heights of the left and right sowing frames with respect to the sowing field surface are different, so the above-mentioned sowing process is difficult. It is difficult to obtain direct sowing work that suits the conditions, and there are problems such as uneven sowing accuracy and missing plants.
As shown in Publication No. 16016, there was a technique to keep the seeding depth appropriate by installing a soil leveling body for sowing that could be raised and lowered freely, but since the seed storage hopper was attached to the machine side, it was difficult to feed out the seeds from the hopper. There were functional problems such as changes in the distance between the sowing position and the sowing position of the soil leveling body, making the seed fall time uneven and making it impossible to maintain a constant sowing interval.

This is characterized by the fact that adjacent seeding units are connected to each other so that they can be raised and lowered.

The seeding depth can be maintained appropriately, and the seeding depth and the seeding interval can be made more uniform, and the seeding work speed can be increased more easily than in the past.

Brackets 46, 46 and 47, 47 are fixed near the tips of the horizontal shafts 9, 19 and the horizontal shafts 13, 13, respectively, and both ends of the stabilizer rods 48, 48 are fixed to the respective brackets 46 so as to be bendable only in the vertical direction. , 46 and 47, pin 4 on 47
The stabilizing rods 48, 48 prevent the left and right floats 19, 19 from swinging horizontally and changing direction due to the running resistance. In addition, in order to move the left and right floats 19, 19 up and down against the force of the spring 12 due to unevenness of the rice field, etc., each float 19, which is a ground leveling body, is connected and supported so that it can be independently displaced only in the up and down direction. The floats 19 are formed so that they move up and down and move substantially in parallel following the unevenness of the rice field.

め設定した播種精度を得られるものである。 This embodiment is configured as described above, and when seed rice is directly sown in a flooded field after puddling, the germinated seed rice is coated in advance with a water-soluble oxygen generating agent containing a mixture of lime peroxide and calcined gypsum, and With the main shutter 41 closed, the seed rice is put into the hopper 30 and moved to the field after puddling. Thereafter, the main shutter 41 is opened, and the regulating shutter 43 is opened and closed as appropriate to allow the seed rice to flow down into the storage section 32, and each float 19 is lowered onto the rice field and pulled by the running wheels 6, and at the same time, the flexible wire 39 The feed roll 31 is rotationally driven through the buckets 34 and 35 of the rolls 31 to scoop up the seed rice in the reservoir 32 and throw it into the upper end of the chute 36, and from the fork-shaped lower end of the chute 36, the seed rice for sowing is collected. The seed rice is dropped into the grooves of the rice field formed by the protrusions 20 and 21 through the grooves 22 and 23, and the grooves are closed with the soil fill plates 24 and 25 to perform cultivation. , the horizontal rotation of the left and right floats 19, 19 is controlled by the stabilizing rod 4.
8 and 48, and the horizontal shaft 14 bends only in the vertical direction via the spring 12 according to the unevenness of the rice field, and the float 19 moves up and down, following the undulations of the rice field. Let float 19
The ground pressure is maintained approximately constant, the width and depth of the seeding groove formed by the projections 20 are approximately constant, and the amount of soil on the soil abutment plates 24 and 25 is approximately uniform, and the seeding accuracy is set in advance. It is something that can be obtained.

The units are arranged side by side in the left and right direction, and the adjacent sowing units are connected to each other so that they can be raised and lowered freely. The ground leveling body 19 and the seed storage hopper 30 are provided on the sowing frames 10 and 11, and the whole unit can be raised and lowered as a sowing unit. Therefore, the distance between the seed dispensing position of the hopper 30 and the sowing position of the soil leveling body 19 is always kept substantially constant, and the sowing depth can be maintained appropriately, making the sowing depth and the sowing interval more uniform than in the past. In addition, it is possible to easily increase the speed of sowing operations.
