  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 自動車のバツテリからの電流経路に設けられ、
    接点のオン、オフにより前記電流経路を導電、遮
    断するリレーと、 前記接点の両側における電圧降下による電位差
    を検出し前記電位差が所定値以上のときに過電流
    検出信号を出力する検出部と、 前記過電流検出信号により動作し前記リレーに
    通電して前記接点をオフさせるリレー駆動部と を備えた自動車用ブレーカ。
