- 単動形シリンダとポンプ装置との間に介在せし
められるものであつて、ポンプ装置と単動形シリ
ンダとの間に流体送路、流体送戻路、流体戻路を
設け、流体送戻路に流体圧により流体送戻路を開
閉する流体送戻路開閉機構を設け、流体戻路に戻
流体量を絞る絞り機構を設けたことを特徴とする
流体量制御装置。
