The conventional fully automatic washing machine with a water supply pump was published in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 60-25.
As described in Japanese Patent No. 6494, a temperature sensor is not added, so even if relatively high temperature bath water or the like is supplied into the washing tub, the washing time is the same as when the water temperature is low.

The above conventional technology does not consider the relationship between washing performance, washing time and washing water temperature, and the washing time is unnecessarily long even when the water temperature is high, exceeding 30°C.On the other hand, when the water temperature is low, below 15°C, the washing time is unnecessarily long. However, due to the same washing time, there were problems such as low cleaning power.

In order to achieve the above object, a temperature sensor is added to automatically adjust the washing time according to the washing water temperature. In addition, if the water supplied by the water supply pump runs out midway through, or if high-temperature water is not supplied to the tank within a certain period of time due to the pump being clogged, etc., the operation of the water supply pump will be stopped and the water faucet will be turned off. Water is supplied, but the washing operation time in this case is the same as the standard course and is not changed.

The temperature sensor measures the washing water temperature T, and if T is 30℃, the washing operation time t is set shorter than the washing time of the standard cycle, and if T≦15℃, the washing operation time t is set shorter than the washing time of the standard cycle. Lengthen. This not only allows stable cleaning power to be maintained regardless of the water temperature, but also allows the washing time to be shortened and the washing to be completed early if the water temperature is relatively high.

28. When an instruction is input to operate the method of supplying water from the faucet during washing according to 29, the signal from the water level sensor 3o is judged,
When the water is not full, a signal is issued from the output circuit of the electronic timer 24 via the amplifier circuit and the switching circuit to turn on the water supply valve 22, and water is supplied from the water inlet 23 into the outer tank 11. When the water is full, the signal from the water level sensor 30 switches to turn off the water supply valve 22, and the washing process begins.

On the other hand, when the water supply button 27a of the input switch part is pressed, the signal from the water level sensor 30 is determined, and if the water is not full, the water supply pump 2 is sent from the output circuit of the electronic timer 24 through various circuits.
Operate the hose 3. Water absorption then 5. Through the water intake port 8,
Water is supplied into the outer tank 11 from the water inlet 23. In this water removal process, when the temperature sensor at 26 is touched and the temperature exceeds 30°C, the indicator lamp at 27 is turned on to "high", and the lamp is turned on for 5 minutes, which is shorter than the standard cycle washing time of 7 minutes. When the water level sensor 30 is turned on and the water is full, the signal from the water level sensor 30 is switched, the water supply pump 2 is de-energized, and the washing operation starts for 5 minutes. Also, when the water temperature is below 15℃, the indicator lamp section will turn on the "Low" lamp, and the standard cycle wash time will be 7.
Turn on the lamp after 10 minutes, which is longer than 10 minutes, and start washing for 10 minutes in the same way as above. When the water temperature is 15° C. to 30 minutes, the washing time is the same as the standard cycle, which is 5 minutes.

At this time, the lamp lights normally. The rationale for adjusting the washing time is shown in Figure 5. FIG. 5 shows the relationship between washing water temperature and detergency. When the water temperature exceeds 30°C, the detergency becomes saturated, and when the water temperature falls below 15°C, the detergency falls below the standard value. Therefore, assuming that the standard washing time is when the water temperature is between 15°C and 30'C, the washing time can be shortened compared to when the water temperature is between 15°C and 30'C because the detergency is stable at its maximum value when the water temperature is 30°C or higher. Again 1
If the temperature is 5° C. or lower, on the other hand, it is necessary to increase the washing time and increase the mechanical force of the sheet tar to improve the detergency. In addition, if the water supply from the water supply pump is not completed after several minutes and the stirring blades are rotated and the next process does not proceed, water at a constant temperature is difficult to be supplied to the premises, so the instruction to change the washing time by the temperature sensor is canceled. And I try to run the standard washing time. Also, if you press the 27g water temperature sensor switch button, the temperature sensor 2 will be switched on when the water supply pump 2 is running.
By canceling the signal No. 6, the standard washing time washing operation can be performed.
