が平面図を示す。１は中空、２はゴム板。第２図
は石膏型の凸型と練土と凹型ゴム板を合わせた図
で、斜線部分は練土である。３は畳付けになる。
第３図は凸型の石膏で４は広がつた茶筌摺りの部
分を示す。第４図は凸型の上に練土を置いた図で
、斜線部分は練土で、５は茶筌摺の広がりにより
、かさねた練土である。第５図は凸型、練土、凹
型、ゴム板の合わさつた図で斜線は練土である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 石膏で作つた型を使つて、陶磁器を成形するこ
とを型起こしという。型には練土を使用する凸型
形式と凹型形式の押し型と泥漿を使用する鋳込み
の形式の型がある。本案は練土をこの凸型と凹型
の二つの型を使つて成形する方法である。その際
凹型の底の部分（茶碗では高台のある部分）を中
空にする。請求の範囲は (1) この底を中空にした、凹型の石膏型。 その中空に粘土を詰め、その粘土を詰めた底の
部分に高台内の窪みに相当するゴム板、石膏板等
を圧入し、はみ出た粘土を除き高台を作る、即ち (2) そのための円板状ゴム板、石膏板等。
