室５は排気筒６に連通せしめ、燃焼室１・上・下
熱交換室５，２を枠体７内に収納し、空室３に対
面する枠体７前面に開閉扉８を設けると共に空室
３と排気筒６を連通するバイパス路９を設け、該
バイパス路９に排気フアン１０を設けてなる調理
兼用ストーブのオーブン構造。 (2) 空室３近傍に温度センサ１１を設け、該温
度センサ１１により排気フアン１０を作動するモ
ータの入・切、回転数切換を行う請求項１記載の

室３へ外部空気の流入を可能とした請求項１およ

環フアン１２で空室３の空気を強制循環させてな
