Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フラツトパツクＩＣのリードの幅及びピツチ寸
    法を検査する装置において、上記フラツトパツク
    ＩＣのリードを撮影するカメラと、上記カメラを
    移動させるステツピングモータと、上記カメラに
    鮮明な画像で撮影させるために必要な光量を供給
    するライトと、上記カメラにより撮影されたフラ
    ツトパツクＩＣのリードを画像処理し、リードの
    幅及びピツチ寸法を計算する画像処理部と、上記
    画像処理部で得られたリードの幅及びピツチ寸法
    情報を表示する表示部と、上記フラツトパツクＩ
    Ｃのリードを撮影するカメラの撮影開始と撮影終
    了を制御する機能、上記ステツピングモータ駆動
    させるためのパルスを発生させる機能、上記カメ
    ラに適切な画像で撮影させるために必要な光量を
    供給するライトの点灯を制御する機能および上記
    画像処理部で行われる画像処理の計算を制御する
    機能とを有する制御部と、上記カメラを撮影開始
    位置に移動させる信号を上記制御部へ送るための
    セツトスイツチと、上記カメラによりフラツトパ
    ツクＩＣのリードの撮影を開始し、上記カメラの
    移動を開始させる信号を上記制御部へ送るための
    スタートスイツチと、上記フラツトパツクＩＣの
    長さや幅の寸法などのデータを上記制御部へ入力
    するための入力手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
    寸法検査装置。
