- 導電性材料からなり試料を収容するためのキユ
ベツトと、キユベツトに電流を通し加熱して試料
を原子化させるための電極を有し、前記キユベツ
トと電極の付近にキユベツトの寿命を高める目的
の蓋を備えた無炎原子吸光光度計の原子化装置に
おいて、蓋の全面もしくは一部に鏡面仕上げを行
つたセラミツクの被覆を施したことを特徴とする
