Claims (1)
- ハウジング内に２個のコイルを同軸上において
互いに間隔を空けて収容して、突当鍔が外周に突
設された筒形の可動鉄心を中空軸の長さ方向の中
央部に外嵌してなるプランジヤを、前記両コイル
の中心孔にわたつて軸線方向の移動自由に挿通し
、前記各コイルを交互に励磁することにより前記
プランジヤの前記可動鉄心を該各コイルに装着し
た固定鉄心側に交互に吸引して、前記突設鍔を前
記両コイルの間において一定間隔を空けて設けた
２個のストツパに夫々突き当てることにより、前
記プランジヤを所定の二位置間で往復運動させる
ようにしたソレノイドにおいて、前記プランジヤ
が、前記中空軸の前記可動鉄心を外嵌した部分の
内周に芯材を緊密に嵌装し、該芯材を軸線方向に
圧潰して拡径方向に塑性変形させて、前記中空軸
の外周面を前記可動鉄心の内周面に圧着させるこ
とにより、該中空軸と該可動鉄心とを一体結合し
た構造となつていることを特徴とするソレノイド
。
