1図のように打球設置部4の中心に軸装した中心
軸8に嵌装して径方向に突設した支持軸9の先端
部に第2図、第3図のようにL字状部材10を設
け、コイルスプリングのような所定の弾性力の係
止材11を図のように半円弧状に下方に突出して
取着し、第3図のように半円弧状の下端部を捕球
練習球5の上部に当接して捕球練習球5を円弧状
の打球設置用材6間に載置しておけるようにして
いる。この打球係止具7は、リンクレバー装置や
タイミングベルトのようなベルト懸架装置(いず
れも図示せず)で回動可能に連結して打球設置用
材6の任意の位置に停止させるようにし、ゴロ、
ライナー、フライをそれぞれ自在に打球できるよ
うにしている。打撃器2は、第1図、第2図のよ
うに中心軸8の中央部に剛直な棒状体12を突設
して形成しているもので、図のように棒状体12
の先端部に打撃部保持部13を設け、打撃部保持
部13の回転方向の側端部にほぼバツト径の円筒
状の狭幅の打撃部14を第3図のように回転半径
方向に垂直に取着し、打撃器2を鉛直方向に旋回
するにもかかわらず、捕球練習球5を実戦のよう
に打撃できるようにしている。また、打撃部保持
部13は、第3図のように中空状としていて、中
空部15に鉛材等の重錘材16を装填し、打撃部
14が捕球練習球5に当接したときに重錘材16
が打撃部14側に移動して捕球練習球5を打撃で
きるようにしている。打撃器2の中心軸8の一端
部には第1図のように棒状体12に直角に短いけ
り金具17を突設し、他端部は第2図のようにバ
ツテイングマシンと同様に所定の弾性力の2条な
いし数条のスプリングコイル等で形成したクラン
クモーシヨンをする弾性蓄圧装置18に偏心して
連結し、揺動リンク機構による早戻し動作をする
ようにしている。このように形成した打撃器2の
中心軸8の側端部には、さらに第1図、第2図の
ように側部にピン19を突設して上記けり金具1
7に当接して打撃器2を回動するようにした所定
径のスプロケツトホイール20を嵌装し、打撃装
置1の下方部に軸着したスプロケツト21にチエ
ーン22を介して懸架連結して所定の減速比とし
たギヤードモータのような電動駆動装置23によ
つて回転駆動自在としている。電動駆動装置23
は、制御装置24によつて数秒ないし十数秒の可
変自在な適宜の間隔で作動できるように(必要に
より打撃器部に検出器を設けて)制御自在として
いる。25,26は打撃した打撃器14を緩和し
て受けとめるためのブレーキおよびブレーキバン
ド、27は捕球練習球5をホツパーのようなボー
ル供給装置(図示せず)から打球設置部4に左右
