[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention uses a casing with a net stretched approximately horizontally on the bottom of the casing and a tubular part that protrudes vertically upward along the side wall from the same horizontal plane. By forming it integrally and providing a recess on the lower inner periphery of this tubular shape, it is possible to prevent erroneous injection of unfiltered chemicals into the chemical tank and prevent dust from entering the chemical tank. In addition to making it easier to attach and detach the case, and preventing contamination of hands and chemical damage due to the chemical solution, it is also possible to filtrate the drug solution an appropriate number of times by stacking an appropriate number of casings and inserting the top and bottom of adjacent tubular parts. Moreover, the present invention relates to a strainer for a chemical liquid tank that ensures air removal when a chemical liquid is introduced into the chemical liquid tank.

In order to facilitate injection in the strainer or chemical tank used to inject the chemical into the chemical layer, air vents are set at appropriate locations. A recessed portion a is provided. () As shown in FIG. 4, a through hole b is bored at a suitable position above the side wall of the strainer 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, measures are taken such as forming a through hole c in the peripheral edge 5 of the injection port 4 into which the strainer of the chemical solution tank 3 is inserted.

In the means of air removal as mentioned above ()
In both () and (), when handling the strainer, there is a risk of staining hands with chemicals or, in severe cases, causing chemical damage. () In the case of (), the unfiltered chemical solution is placed in the recess a for air venting.
Otherwise, there is a risk that the chemical liquid tank 3 may be directly invaded through the through hole b. Furthermore, in the case of the method (), dust, sand, etc. are likely to enter the chemical liquid tank 3. Also,
In any of (), (), and () above, if the chemical solution needs to be filtered several times, is the filtered chemical solution stored in a container different from the chemical tank concerned re-injected into the chemical tank? Otherwise, the user is forced to go through the trouble of pouring into a pre-prepared strainer or tank, and at the same time, there is a risk of spilling the chemical outside the container or on the hand, resulting in waste of the chemical or harm to the chemical. There are some problems.

Hereinafter, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an embodiment of this invention will be described. A cylindrical housing V 2 having a flange f 2 at the upper end has a conical or pyramid-shaped protrusion P 2 at the center of the bottom. A suitable number (four in this case) of reinforcing ribs 22 protruding from each other are integrally formed approximately horizontally and radially, and vertically from the same horizontal plane as the mesh body n 2 stretched between each of these reinforcing ribs 22. A tubular part 23 that stands upward along the inside of the side wall 21 and protrudes from the upper end of the casing V 2 is formed integrally with the side wall 21 to vent air. The upper outer circumferential edge of the tubular portion 23' of a casing separate from the casing V 2 can be inserted into this recess s, as shown in the chain line in FIG. In addition, an appropriate number of casings can be stacked vertically.

Since this idea has the above-mentioned configuration, the casing
When injecting a chemical into V 2 , the flange f 2 is placed on the peripheral edge 5 of the injection port 4 of the chemical tank 3 in FIG. 5, and the casing V 2 is suspended and held within the injection port 4, Pour the diluted drug solution into a separate container that can be prepared in advance.
While filtering with n2 filter, the solution is injected into the chemical tank 3. However, at this time, since the tubular part 23 is protruded upward from the upper end of the casing V 2 to vent air, unfiltered chemicals, dust, etc. are not injected into the chemical tank 3, so there is a risk that the nozzle may become clogged. There is no leakage, and bubbles generated by the surfactant in the chemical solution are removed from the flange.
Even if it bulges to the vicinity of f 2 , it is sufficient to remove the casing V 2 by grasping and pulling up the tubular part 23 with the protruding part from the upper end, so there is a risk that your hands will be contaminated with the chemical or, in extreme cases, you will be harmed by the chemical. It can be avoided. In addition, since the casings V 2 can be stacked in an appropriate number of stages via the recess s and the flange f 2 , double, triple, etc. filtration can be performed as necessary, and clear chemical solution can be constantly injected into the chemical tank 3. Therefore, you can safely use chemical solutions that easily cause nozzle clogging.
A suitable number of reinforcing ribs 22 are integrally formed approximately horizontally and radially, and a mesh n 2 is formed between these reinforcing ribs 22.
are stretched over each other, the casing V 2 itself is strong, and even if part of the mesh n 2 is damaged, it is sufficient to replace only the damaged part of the mesh n 2 , reducing wastage of materials. In addition, since the mesh n 2 is stretched over the bottom of the casing V 2 , sufficient filtration is possible by injecting the chemical solution from the flange f 2 side.
Since the structure itself is extremely simple, it can be manufactured inexpensively and robustly, and can be widely supplied to general consumers.

Furthermore, since the protruding piece p2 is attached to the center of the reinforcing rib 22, when injecting the chemical liquid, there is less springback of the chemical liquid, and it is possible to inject the chemical liquid from a high place where it is easy to cause clogging, which is convenient for the operator. suitable.
