- 定電流源１６を流すカレントミラーを構成する
トランジスタ２０，１８とそのエミツタ抵抗１７
，１９とトランジスタ１８のコレクタが接続され
るチヤージポンプ出力４とトランジスタ８のコレ
クタ、及びトランジスタ８と差動対を構成するト
ランジスタ７と、トランジスタ１８のエミツタに
クレクタが接続されたトランジスタ５と差動対を
構成するトランジスタ６とを備えたことを特徴と
するチヤージポンプ回路。
