There is also a sound insulating curtain filled with a synthetic polymer gel, and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-3884 discloses a soft sound insulating sheet made of a synthetic resin mixed with a material with a high specific gravity, and a decorative cloth is pasted on one or both sides of the sheet. In addition, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-148389 discloses a sound insulating sheet made of a flexible high-density filler such as soft rubber, soft synthetic rubber, or soft synthetic resin. A sound insulation curtain is proposed in which a core material is covered with decorative sheets on both sides, and a noise prevention material in which water is sealed between plastic films is proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 61-261547. .
