Claims (1)
- 火力・原子力発電プラントの蒸気タービンの主
蒸気弁の開閉に係るサーボモータのサーボピスト
ン両側の油圧を検出して電気信号に変換する一対
のマノメータと、これらの信号にピストン受圧面
の面積を乗じる一対の乗算演算器と、これら一対
の演算値の減算を行う比較演算器と、該比較演算
器からの出力信号を表示するＣＲＴ及び自動記録
するプリンタを備えたマイクロコンピユータとに
よつて構成される主蒸気弁開閉力の監視装置。
