の加熱チユーブ２０が冷却水１９に浸された状態
に設けられ、前記減圧室２１ａ内で加熱された蒸
気混合水が導かれる熱回収室２４ａに、蒸気混合
水により被加熱水が加熱される熱交換器２２が設
けられ、該熱交換器２２で冷却された冷却水１９
をエンジン２に戻す戻し配管２８が備えられてな
