Inconveniences that may occur if the arm rotates, that is, the arm 5
1 and 52 collide with the vertical wall 58, etc., and the bases of the arms 51 and 52 are likely to be damaged, and the operator is not injured unexpectedly. Furthermore, the so-called incomplete opening operation of the opening/closing lid 50 is effective when taking out a small tape cassette from the adapter after the tape unloading operation. That is, the lock of the opening/closing lid 50 is released during the tape unloading operation as described later, but before taking out the small tape cassette 5 from the storage section 4, the opening/closing lid 50 must be fully opened as shown in FIG. Manual operation is required to close the lid,
The tape unloading operation is completed during this manual operation. For this reason, the small tape cassette 5
The tape cassette 5 is always taken out after the tape unloading operation in the adapter 1 has been completed to the end, and there is no malfunction in which the small tape cassette 5 is taken out from the storage part 4 in the middle of the unloading operation. From another perspective, this means that the timing for unlocking the opening/closing lid 50 can be set to a stage before the completion of the tape unloading operation, and the strictness of the timing can be relaxed, which is convenient in terms of design.

Therefore, there is no need to specially operate a knob etc. to start the tape loading operation, and the opening/closing lid is already unlocked when the tape unloading operation is finished, so it is easy to connect the small tape cassette to the adapter. There is no need to perform the above-mentioned unlocking operation every time the tape is unloaded. In other words, the small tape cassette can be taken out without operating a knob or the like after tape unloading, and the opening/closing lid is unlocked. Since the tape unloading operation is carried out until the final state, there is no need for an operation to assist the tape unloading operation after the lock is released, and the present invention has the advantage that operability can be improved.
