On the other hand, the calling party identification information indicating the number of international calls is identified by the central office exchange or PBX that accommodates the called telephone, and whether the called party is busy accepting incoming calls or not, the number of the international call is Priority condition information, such as accepting a call even if it is unreasonable, is obtained from the incoming telephone in advance and stored in the exchange information storage unit, and when an incoming call is received, it is included in the incoming call information. The caller's identification information is checked against the priority condition information of the called phone, and the call is established only when the caller's communication importance or the called party's priority conditions are satisfied, and the answering function is used for other cases. In addition, I can take advantage of this, and if it is not on, I can take countermeasures such as silencing the ringer and notifying the caller that the call cannot be received.

。In FIG. 2, reference numeral 2 denotes a dialing and signal transmitting section, which has the function of amplifying the dialing signal at the time of a call and the signal from the telephone transmitter 6 at the time of a call, and transmitting the amplified signal to the subscriber line L1+L2. 2 is a signal receiving unit which rings a bell 8 when the conventional conditions for establishing a call are met when the call priority condition set by the called telephone is satisfied from the PBX or the central office exchange 1; Incoming call (i.e. message service switch 9 status (9-
In case 1), when the handset is in a hang-off state, it has a function of receiving a control signal from the control unit 4, blocking the subscriber line, L2, and starting a conversation with the caller. In addition, if the incoming call priority conditions set by the owner of the telephone are not satisfied and the message service function is not added to the PBX or central office exchange, the telephone bell 8 will ring for incoming calls. Communication control unit 1-2 of PBX or central office exchange
In response to the control signal sent from the control unit 4, the control section 4 shifts the message service switch 9 to the state (9-2>), and the message service switch 9 (9-2>) is activated, and the message service switch 9 (9-2) is activated, and the message service switch 9 (9-2) is activated. It has a function that notifies the caller of a message such as "Please call me tomorrow (in what hours)."

There are many cases where you are doing the following. but,
If you look closely at the content of your work, even when you are doing very complex or important work, you may not have a lot of time to do it, and you may be able to take a break and answer the phone.

It is the role of the incoming call condition setting device 10 to match the purpose, such as by recording the message on the answering machine or by recording the message on the answering machine.

Table 1 focuses on the urgency of the caller's communication, and compares this with the priority conditions of the called party.If the matrix is marked O, the call is established, and if it is marked X, the call is established. This is an example of not doing this. These conditions are often determined by the subjectivity of the called party, and in many cases cannot be determined in general.

This is an example of making it easier to establish a call, which is essential for international calls. Table 3 is an example in which the caller facilitates the establishment of communication with an important person (a person of high status or power). Table 4 focuses on the content of the caller's communication, and in the selection based on the callee's subjective opinion, the callee's undesired requests are low and the reports that are advantageous (for example, information provision) are high;
Particularly profitable reports are examples of high incoming calls.

Provide services and record messages. In addition, if the above operation does not indicate the priority level required for incoming calls along with the traffic signal, the talkie will notify you that the number you are calling from is either the owner or is busy and will be connected according to the priority level. It's in a state of being. Please indicate the priority conditions in the following order. Please indicate whether it is an emergency (1, 2) and whether it is a long-distance call or a long-distance call according to the distance (4 for international calls).'' Now, when the answer to these is sent by voice or tone from the calling side telephone, the PBX or central office exchange transmits it to the incoming call condition checking section 101-4. The matching unit 101-4 compares the incoming call conditions upon receiving this signal with the priority conditions for incoming calls determined by the called party in the same way as described above, and if these conditions are more or less satisfied, the incoming call signal is output. If the phone is not satisfied, the phone will be switched to an answering machine.
