て、 照明装置は、光源とフードとから成り、 フードは、光を拡散させて透過する部材をもつ

さおよび形状に形成され、 光源は、フードの外側に配置され、フードの内
側に拡散光による照明状態を生成し、 撮像装置は、前記拡散光による照明下で対象物
を撮像することを特徴とする視覚装置。
