(Prior art and problems) Conventionally used spacecraft have rollers fixed to the upper ends of columns that are installed on the upper square of the frame so that they can be tilted outward. Braking was performed by a brake device. The rollers were machined or molded from aluminum to reduce weight and prevent damage to power lines. However, recently, problems have arisen in the development of electric wires with fins that are difficult to adhere to snow, which is being promoted by the applicant of the present invention.

The method used to make electric wires less likely to attract snow is to fit resin rings at predetermined intervals on existing lines, but in order to eliminate the installation work when installing new lines, a row of fin-like protrusions is formed on the power lines. The direction is to use wires with spiral fins. Since this outer layer with spiral fins is made of aluminum, installing spacers and the like using a spacecraft after the overhead wire has been installed will cause the fins to collapse. In other words, when the spacer is installed, the spacecraft is under its own weight.
Total weight: 20Kg, passenger 70Kg, spacer tools 60Kg
Since it moves along the line with a weight of about 150 kg, it crushes the fins that protrude about 1.5 mm in width and 1.5 mm in height from the outer layer of the power line, reducing the effect of preventing snow from accreting.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, in the present invention, the number of rollers of the spacecraft is increased to disperse the load on the spacecraft, and the troughs of the rollers that contact the electric wires are coated with rubber. This prevents the fin from being crushed.

(Example) A support column 2 is provided at the upper square of the cage frame body 1 on which the worker rides, and supports the structure so as to be tiltable to the outside, and a roller 3 is pivotally supported on the upper part of the column 2. The roller 3 is made of molded aluminum, and the troughs that come into contact with the electric wires are coated with rubber over the entire circumference. Also pillar 2
Auxiliary rollers 5 are provided on each outer side of the rollers 3 provided at the upper end (in the longitudinal direction of the spacecraft). The auxiliary roller 5 is pivotally supported 52 on a connecting plate 51, and is screwed to a protruding plate 31 protruding from the shaft support 2 of the roller 3 so as to be rotatable only upward. In other words, the connecting plate 51 overlaps with the screwed protruding plate 31 so that one end abuts against the pillar, and the upper end of the contact is rounded, and the lower end of the contact is configured at a right angle, so it can rotate only in the radius direction. It is something to do. Also, the bearing piece 53 and the support column 2 provided at the upper part near the other end of the connecting plate 51
A compression shaft 61 is provided with a spring 6 interposed therebetween. The compression shaft 61 has one end fixed to the bearing piece 53, and the spring 6 is held between the support 2 and a stopper 62 screwed onto the shaft 61 at a predetermined position. Since the compression shaft 61 is only locked to the support column 2 by being fitted through a long hole that can slide vertically, the spring 6 is compressed by the upward rotation of the auxiliary roller 5, and the spring 6 is fixed to the support column 2. Increase extra length,
This allows the auxiliary roller 5 to rotate upward with appropriate elasticity. This is to deal with the catenary angle when stepping onto a power transmission line, and is an effective measure on sloped lines near the towers at both ends of the span. In addition, the auxiliary roller 5 is the first to come into contact with the spiral fins that appear at predetermined intervals on the surface of the wire, and when it rides on these fins, it rotates slightly upwards to prevent it from being crushed. be.

The frame 1 or the support 2 is equipped with a brake device that uses leverage, etc., and the brake shoe that presses the electric wire is made of hard rubber. The portion is formed into a round shape to take care when contacting the fin portion.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, by adopting the spacecraft of the present invention, the roller 3
Since the additional auxiliary roller 5 disperses the load of the spacecraft's own weight, etc., it is possible to reduce damage to the fins protruding on the electric wire. rotates upward to prevent the fin from being crushed. Further, by coating each part of each roller 3, 5 with rubber, the rollers 3, 5 and the fins can contact flexibly, thereby achieving the purpose.

The subject matter of the present application is the auxiliary roller 5 that rotates upward.
However, in this respect, the advantage of the present application is that it can be easily added to an existing spacecraft.
