光半導体モジユールを示す断面図である。 図において、１はハウジング、２は光半導体素
子、３はレンズ、４はフアイバ導通孔、６は孔、
７はスリーブ、８は爪、９は隙間である。なお、
各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

光半導体モジユールを示す断面図である。 図において、１はハウジング、２は光半導体素
子、３はレンズ、４はフアイバ導通孔、６は孔、
７はスリーブ、８は爪、９は隙間である。なお、

Claims (1)
- 光フアイバ又は、光フアイバコネクタと光半導
体素子、これらを光結合するロツド状のレンズ及
びこれらを保持するハウジングからなる光半導体
モジユールのレンズ保持機構において、上記ハウ
ジングには上記光フアイバ又は光フアイバコネク
タと上記光半導体素子間の光軸上の所定の位置に
、中空円筒の内周上に内周を３等分する位置に上
記光軸と平行でかつ上記光軸方向に凸状の爪を設
けた合成樹脂材からなるスリーブを設けるととも
に、上記爪を押しつぶした状態で上記レンズを挿
入し合成樹脂の弾性力により上記レンズを保持す
るようにしたことを特徴とする光半導体モジユー
ルのレンズ保持機構。
