- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光半導体素子と光フアイバとをレンズを介して
光結合する光半導体結合器において、 レンズを所定位置に固定し、光フアイバを固着
したフエルールを所定位置より前記レンズと反対
方向にやや離れた位置に圧入固定した円筒状の第
１のホルダと、 光半導体素子を搭載した円筒状の第２のホルダ
とを光軸が一致するように固定して前記フエルー
ルを前記レンズの方向に所定の結合効率が得られ
るように圧入固定したことを特徴とする光半導体
結合器。
