Western-style carpet construction is generally practiced, but when tatami mats and carpets become damp, they tend to attract dust mites, and it is difficult to completely exterminate them, but cushion floors made of microfoamed polyvinyl chloride do not have this risk. However, it lacks a sense of luxury and has a cold feel, so as flooring materials for living rooms, we use parquet plywood such as oak and cherry wood, which have a solid wood texture, laminated plywood with plowed boards attached to plywood, or It is preferred to construct decorative boards made of plywood wood.

A structure was adopted in which 12mm parquet plywood was laid, the lattice frame formed by the joists was filled with sound absorbing materials such as glass wool, and the first floor ceiling was covered with gypsum board and decorative ceiling cloth to prevent noise. Although this consideration has been taken, it is not effective against light impact noise in the low frequency range from above the floor, and it is only possible to achieve a sound insulation class L-69 (dB) at the light impact sound level according to JISA-1418. It is. Another method is to install thick damping rubber made of styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, natural rubber, etc. between the foundation floor and the surface material. , there is a drawback that the floor surface sinks due to the weight. Furthermore, a method of lining the surface material with a plastic foam tank or the like as a lower layer has been used, but this method is only effective in achieving L-60 at most.

Non-foamed or low-foamed synthetic wood materials such as wigs, parquet boards such as cherry wood, hegi boards such as zelkova, plywood laminated and bonded to these thin boards, or decorative boards made by kneading wood flour etc. with synthetic resin. is used, and its thickness is 0.2 to 12 mm. If it is less than 0.2 mm, the bending abrasion resistance and puncture resistance will be poor as a surface material, and the lower limit of 0.2
If the thickness is close to mm, the strength can be increased by backing with a non-foamed or low-foamed plastic sheet, whereas 12 mm is sufficient for strength as a face material.

Has rebound resilience. The thickness of the sheet is preferably in the range of 0.3 to 2 mm,
If it is less than 0.3 mm, the above-mentioned vibration absorption and low resilience effects will be insufficient, and the sound insulation effect for lightweight impact sound in the low frequency range will not be sufficient, and if it is more than 2 mm, the sound insulation will not improve despite the increase in thickness. First, the cost is high, which is disadvantageous.

These are soft synthetic resin sheets made from materials such as (abbreviated as ), laminated sheets of these foam sheets, or those made by cutting these synthetic resin foams into chips and adhesively molding the chips into sheet shapes. These synthetic resin sheets are added to norbornene rubber or butyl rubber to maintain an appropriate thickness, and are elastic and have a cushioning effect, and when foam chips are molded into a sheet, they can be encapsulated through the narrow gaps between the foam chips. This is effective because the air is forced out during compression.

This is because if the length is 30 mm or more, the cost will be high compared to the effectiveness. The impact sound dampening material and the parquet board can be bonded using, for example, a rubber adhesive, a urethane adhesive, an acrylic adhesive, a vinyl acetate adhesive, an epoxy adhesive, or the like.

In this invention, norbornene rubber sheet etc. are attached to the face material, so despite using a rigid surface material such as parquet material, it has an excellent reduction effect on light impact noise in the low frequency sound range. Light impact noise can be reduced to a sound insulation grade of about L-55, making it possible to achieve both the use of wood for the floor surface. Furthermore, since the face material and the norbornene rubber sheet are integrated, there is an advantage that construction is easy and construction costs can be reduced, unlike the conventional method in which damping rubber is separately inserted and laid.
