40098号公報に開示されている。(Prior Art) The most common structure for imparting elasticity to a rigid pen tip is a structure in which the entire pen tip is supported by an elastic member. That is, in this case, the pen tip is supported in a suspended state by the elastic member. Furthermore, there are some devices in which the outer wall of the nib is supported by an elastic member, and at the same time, the rear end of the nib is received by a support member. An example of this is a ballpoint pen with an ink ejection structure using a valve mechanism attached to the nib of the ballpoint pen body.
It is disclosed in Publication No. 40098.

るを得ない。(Problem to be solved by the invention) Supporting the pen tip in a suspended state by an elastic member makes it unreliable when pressure is applied to the pen, so in this respect, the A structure in which the rear end of the pen tip is received by a support member as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 40098 is considered to be superior.
However, in the device disclosed in this publication, the rear end of the pen tip is received by a planar portion, perhaps because it is necessary to satisfy the bubble mechanism. As a result, there is a sudden change in elasticity when the pen tip starts to shift or just before it returns to its original position, which occurs when writing pressure starts to be applied or just before the pressure is removed. This leaves me feeling anxious. Probably, in order to make the valve mechanism work, a considerable displacement must be applied to the pen tip, so in other words, the product disclosed in the publication is intended to be used with a considerable displacement applied to the pen tip. It appears that the problem with such small displacements of the pen tip was considered negligible. However, it must be said that the structure lacks delicacy as it provides elasticity in response to pen pressure.

インキ吐出の系が変化するからである。 Furthermore, in general, when a rigid pen tip is made elastic by an elastic member, there is a high possibility that ink ejection will stop midway. This is because the ink ejection system changes depending on the displacement of the pen tip.

This improves the writing touch and eliminates concerns about ink ejection that tend to occur due to displacement of the pen tip.

る。 That is, the present invention has a structure that imparts elasticity to a rigid nib having an ink passage, the outer wall of the nib is supported by an elastic member, and the rear end of the nib is supported by a support member. In the receiving device, the rear end of the pen tip is received by the support member at a dotted portion, and an ink reservoir communicating with the ink passage of the nib is formed near the dotted portion. The main feature is a structure that imparts elasticity to the pen tip.

It has a groove-shaped ink passage 1a, a bulged rear part 1b, and a spherical rear end 1c. The holder 2 that supports the outer wall 1d of the pen tip 1 is made of a resilient material such as urethane, nylon, soft polyethylene, silicone rubber, soft polyvinyl chloride, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. It is attached to the front end. Also, the pen tip 1
The support shaft member 4 disposed behind the pen has six groove-shaped ink passages 4a and a spherically pointed front end 4b for receiving the rear end 1c of the nib 1. Here, the spherical radius of the front end 4b of the support member 4 is smaller than the spherical radius of the rear end 1c of the pen nib 1, so that the reception of the nib 1 by the support member 4 is due to the dotted portion. It's summery. Further, an ink reservoir 5 is formed between the rear end 1c of the nib 1 and the front end 4b of the support member so as to communicate with the ink passage 1a of the nib 1, which gradually becomes narrower toward the front.
Note that reference numeral 6 is an air hole for adjusting the internal and external pressures.

することもできる訳である。 First, in order to show that the ink passage 1a of the pen nib 1 is appropriate, the ink passage 1a in the form of a through hole is shown in FIG. It is also shown that a recess 1e can be provided in the outer wall 1d of the nib 1 to prevent the nib 1 from falling off. Further, it is shown that the rear end 1c of the pen tip 1 and the front end 4b of the support member 4 are each formed into a conical shape, and do not necessarily have to be a combination of spherical surfaces. However, by changing the angle, the dotted portion receives the pen tip 1, and the ink reservoir 5 is connected to the ink passage 1a of the pen tip 1.
This is similar to the first embodiment in that it is formed so as to communicate with the first embodiment. Further, in order to show that the ink passage of the support member 4 is appropriate, the support member 4 in FIG. 6 is made of a continuous porous body such as a sintered body. The position of the air hole 6 is also changed to show that the elastic member used as the holder 2 does not necessarily have to be liquid-tight. This means that it can also be made into a porous body.

が、両者の関係を逆にすることもできる。 First, regarding the support member 4, since it is structurally simple if the rear (right side in the figure) is connected to a bellows-shaped ink reservoir member or an ink storage body, the ink passage 4a is designed to function as an ink relay member. and this ink passage 4
A also shows a case where the number and type of ink passages 1a of the pen nib 1 are changed in order to improve the ink connection with the nib 1, but for example, the support member in Fig. 6 is connected to the core part and this By dividing the portion into an ink relay portion concentrically surrounding the pen tip 1, the member may simply receive the pen tip 1. Further, although the elastic member doubles as the holder 2, it is also possible to use a separate holder and use it as an interposition between the holder and the pen tip 1. Furthermore, the fact that the ink reservoir 5 gradually becomes narrower toward the front is that the rear end 1 of the pen nib 1
The rear end 1c of the pen nib 1 can also be used as an ink receiver to improve ink discharge.
Although the front end 4b of the support member 4 has a concave shape and the front end 4b of the support member 4 has a convex shape, the relationship between the two can be reversed.

In this case, when the spherical bearing is used as in the first embodiment, the position of the dotted part that is the receiving part changes continuously, and when the conical bearing is used as in the second embodiment, Although there is a difference in that the position of the dot-shaped portion does not change when the pen is closed, in any case, the pen tip 1 is continuously displaced in accordance with the continuity of changes in pen pressure. Further, at the time of this displacement, the ink reservoir 5 communicating with the ink passage of the pen tip changes its shape, but exists as an ink reservoir, so that ink can be reliably supplied against ink consumption associated with writing.
