Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracies at mounting and demounting times by providing a cross groove at plural places on the back face of a mounting board for setting a work, and fastening this cross groove to a pallet by a special nut. CONSTITUTION:A cross shaped projection 8 is provided on the back face four places of a mounting board 7, and engaged with the cross groove 5 of the pallet 4 for electrode installed on a machine. A screw 6 provided at the cross groove 5 center of the pallet 4 is then inserted and threaded into the center of a cross shaped projection 8, and fastened with a special stepped nut 9 having a female screw being inserted into the mounting hole of the mounting board 7. Therefore, the mounting board 7 is positioned correctly with the fitting of the cross groove 5 and cross projection 8 into the pallet 4. Also the special nut 9 eliminates its heading onto the mounting board 7 surface and the danger due to the interference by a cutter, etc., can be prevented.
