Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform hot dehumidification and cold dehumidification under the vacuumized condition, or little oxidized condition, by sucking dispersed humidity immediately by a vacuum pump device with filter installed on a hopper cover and exhausting the same to the outside. CONSTITUTION:Pellets transferred by a rotating screw 5 and risen up are diffused on an upper pan 3. Heat is applied to said diffusing pellets by a heat source 6 right above the upper pan 3 installed on a hopper cover 2 to disperse humidity, and also the dispersed humidity is sucked by a vacuum pump device 7 installed on the hopper cover 2 and exhausted to the outside. Successively the pellets being dehumidified on the upper pan 3 are dropped into a hopper 1 starting from the outer periphery of the upper pan 3 and circulated again from a screw 5 onto the upper pan 3 to carry out dehumidification of pellets.

波(電子レンジ方式)を当て加熱したペレットに空気を
吹き込んで乾燥するホッパードライヤーもあるがいずれ
も風力乾燥器であるので十分な乾燥は望み難い。これ等
の乾燥器に於いて例えばポリアミドペレット (ナイロ
ン) t90℃で約12時間除湿を行うとペレットに淡
黄色に変色するがまだ未乾燥状態である。続いて約24
時間除湿を行うと気泡のない成形可能な状態に至るがま
だ乾燥は十分であるとは言い難い。又ベレートの吸湿度
は異なり検知も困離であるから乾燥時間の決定も困龜で
ある、次に真空乾燥器の実施例、資料は見出し難い。こ
れは気密保持とペレットの循還装置、分解掃除に問題を
持っているものと考えられる。
