本発明はプラスチ、クペレットの乾燥器に関するもので

従来プラスチ、クベレ9トの乾燥器は橋上の容器内ノベ
レ、トヲブロワーで熱風を送り熱風を強制循還して乾燥
ケ計る方式とホツノ<−内のペレットの底から熱風全速
り熱風でペレットを攪拌しながら乾燥するホッパードラ
イヤーが主流となっている。其の他ペレットにマイクロ
波(電子レンジ方式)を当て加熱したペレットに空気を
吹き込んで乾燥するホッパードライヤーもあるがいずれ
も風力乾燥器であるので十分な乾燥は望み難い。これ等
の乾燥器に於いて例えばポリアミドペレット (ナイロ
ン) t90℃で約12時間除湿を行うとペレットに淡
黄色に変色するがまだ未乾燥状態である。続いて約24
時間除湿を行うと気泡のない成形可能な状態に至るがま
だ乾燥は十分であるとは言い難い。又ベレートの吸湿度
は異なり検知も困離であるから乾燥時間の決定も困龜で
ある、次に真空乾燥器の実施例、資料は見出し難い。こ
れは気密保持とペレットの循還装置、分解掃除に問題を
