Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable accurate dimensions to be reproduced by a method wherein a sheet coloured by utilizing a fish body is connected onto a three dimensional projection mould copying the fish body. CONSTITUTION:After applying paste 3 onto one side surface 2 of a fish body 1, a white cloth 4 is fixed to the fish body 1, and air between the cloth 4 and the fish body 1 is excluded by using a brush or the like. A fish print 14 is prepared by colouring 5 on the cloth 4 under a dry paste 3 state by using colouring materials or the like while pressurizing by using a cloth baren 9 so that surface shape of a scale or the like of the fish body 1 under the cloth 4 comes up to the surface. Then, the one side surface 2 of the fish body 1 is moulded by using gypsum materials or the like to prepare a recessed mould 6. A three dimentional projected mould 7 copying the fish body 1 is prepared by putting plastoplastics under a formable state and glass fiber clothes 8 as reinforcing materials in said recessed mould 6. Thereafter, a fish print sheet 14 is connected onto the projection mould 7, and unnecessary parts 14' are eliminated conforming to a contour of the fish body 1 to prepare a three dimensional fish print 24. Thereby, the fish body 1 can be in three dimentions reproduced by the same dimentions in an almost same appearance.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventional fish prints involve the problem of not only being unable to reproduce accurate dimensions but also unable to create a three-dimensional effect because the three-dimensional fish body is copied onto a flat surface. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional fish print that reproduces accurate dimensions and has a three-dimensional effect by three-dimensionally copying a three-dimensional fish body, and a method for manufacturing the same.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the three-dimensional fish print of the present invention uses a fish body to bond a colored sheet onto a three-dimensional male mold imitating the fish body. That's what happens.

In addition, in the method for producing a three-dimensional fish print of the present invention, at the same time a sheet is placed on one half of the fish body, air is removed between the fish body and the sheet, and while the sheet is placed over the fish body, paint is applied on the sheet. A gyotaku sheet is made by applying pressure to the surface of the fish body using a turret, and a female mold of the fish body is made by molding the same fish surface used in the process of making the gyotaku sheet. Furthermore, a three-dimensional male mold imitating the fish body is molded using the same female mold, and the convex upper eyelid of the same male mold is joined to the fish print sheet.

(Function) By applying pressure to the fish body from above the sheet placed over the fish body, the ridge wrapper becomes a ridge wrapper with the surface shape of the fish body's scales etc. highlighted, and at the same time, the outer dimensions are the same as the fish print sheet. Since it is joined with a three-dimensional male mold imitating a fish body, a three-dimensional fish print with the same dimensions and appearance as the fish body can be obtained.

(Example) A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional fish print according to the present invention and a three-dimensional fish print obtained by the method will be explained with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 7 show an example of a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional fish print. The manufacturing steps are: 1. Apply it, cover it with white cloth 4, fix the same cloth 4 to the fish body 1, and reduce the viscosity of the glue 3 to 11j.
air between the cloth 4 and the fish body 1! i11 Step of removing using hair etc. (=) Second step (Fig. 2): When the glue 3 is dry, use paint 10 etc. on the cloth 4 and remove it under the same cloth 4. Surface shape force of the scales, etc. of the fish body 1; Step of applying pressure using a cloth ball 9 and then applying the ridge cover 5 to make the fish print sheet 14 (c) Third step (Fig. 3): Step (d) of making a female mold 6 by molding half 2 of the fish body 1 used to create the fish print sheet 14 using plaster material etc. (d) Fourth step (Fig. 4): State ready to be molded into the female mold 6 Step (e) of making a three-dimensional male mold 7 imitating the fish body 1 by inserting the plastic plastic shown in the figure and glass fiber cloth 8 as a reinforcing material of the same plastic (e) Fifth step (Fig. 6): The fish print sheet 14 is attached to the top using spray glue or the like, and the unnecessary part 14' of the fish print sheet 14 is removed in accordance with the external shape of the fish body l, thereby creating a three-dimensional fish print 24. (Figure 7): This consists of the step of putting the three-dimensional fish print 24 in a frame and writing in the fisherman's name, etc. In the above example, white cloth was used as the material for the fish print sheet, but from among the materials that can be colored cloth and paper. A cloth baren is preferred for applying the ridge wrap, but any tool that can perform the ridge wrap work will suffice.

When creating a fish print sheet, a method may be used in which the surface of the fish body is directly colored and the color is transferred onto the sheet, as in conventional fish prints. The material for the female and male molds may be any material that can be molded, such as silicone, vinyl chloride, etc.
There is no problem with foaming materials such as clay, plaster, or expanded polystyrene1, and of course the material of the reinforcing material does not matter, and there is no need to use a reinforcing material. It is also possible to use a solid male mold as shown in Fig. 5, or to make the inside hollow, or to fill only the inside with another material. Further, in the above example, the sheet was cut to match the external shape of the fish body, but of course this is not necessary.

Further, the male mold does not need to be molded using a female mold, but a simple model may be used as long as it can be made into a three-dimensional fish print by joining the fish print sheets. Furthermore, the eighth
The figure shows an example of creating a three-dimensional model 11 by creating a pair of three-dimensional fish prints, a three-dimensional fish print 24 using half side 2 of a fish body 1 and a three-dimensional fish print 24' using the back half, and pasting them together. show. It is also preferable for the appearance to apply a transparent paint to one surface of the three-dimensional model.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to three-dimensionally reproduce a fish body with the same dimensions and almost the same appearance. By putting it in a frame or creating a three-dimensional model, it can be used not only as a fish print but also as an ornament. There is no need to write the name of the angler at that time.
