In this equipment, in the master station equipment 1, the voice signal transmitted by the announcer is converted into an electrical signal by the microphone M, the power is amplified to a predetermined level by the amplifier AMP, and the transmitter Tx superimposes it on the radio wave and receives it. It is transmitted to slave station 2.
At this time, the master station 1 is often provided with a monitor device 3 for amplifying a part of the output of the amplifier AMP by a monitor amplifier M/MAP and listening to the content being broadcast from itself through a monitor speaker SP or headphones. .

Broadcasting will be carried out using SP to convey information to local residents.
In such outdoor loudspeaker broadcasting equipment, it is common to install a large number of receiver stations 2 at predetermined intervals, and these environments often include buildings and mountains. For this reason, there was a problem in that the sound emitted from the receiving slave station echoed on the mountain, or the sounds emitted from multiple receiving slave stations overlapped, creating echoes that were very difficult to hear.

At present, it is difficult to understand the repercussions outside and is therefore almost ineffective.

題があつた。 If both of the above-mentioned systems are installed in parallel, the announcement method becomes extremely complicated. In other words, for outdoor loudspeaker broadcasting, it is necessary to be slow and slow as mentioned above, and for broadcasting to individual receivers, it must be done in a normal conversational tone, otherwise the sound will be boring. There was a problem in that making announcements using public broadcasting equipment was extremely difficult and required extensive training.

An object of the present invention is to provide a monitor device that achieves the following.

Echo circuit D with a new part of the AMP output
After the signal is amplified by the monitor amplifier M/AMP, it is converted into audio and monitored by the monitor speaker SP. The reverberation time of the echo circuit D can be arbitrarily varied by its circuit constants, and a monitor speaker
Make sure that the output of the SP does not go around to the microphone M and cause self-excited oscillation (howling). If the monitor speaker SP is replaced with a headphone and the announcer wears it and listens, there is no need to worry about howling. Needless to say.

One of the changeover switches SW is connected to the input terminal of the echo circuit D, the other is connected to the output terminal of the echo circuit D, and the intersection of the two is connected to the monitor amplifier M.AMP.
Connect to the input end of That is, the changeover switch SW
Therefore, if the receiving equipment for broadcasting is an outdoor loudspeaker slave station, an echo may be added to the monitor output, and if the receiving equipment is an individual receiver, a normal monitor output without echo may be obtained.

The announcer will broadcast slowly while listening to this. On the other hand, if the receiver to be broadcast is an individual receiver, no echo is added to the monitor output and you can hear the normal monitor output, so the announcer broadcasts in the normal manner and also monitors whether or not there is an echo in the monitor output. It is also possible to identify which receiver is the target of broadcasting.

This naturally slows down the announcer's speech, allowing him to wait for the echo to disappear before uttering the next word.
