Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ホストコンピユータとプリンタの間に介在する
プリンタ制御装置において、 ホストコンピユー
タ側から転送されたコマンドを解釈するコマンド
解釈手段と、 ホストコンピユータ側から転送された印刷デー
タであるコードデータをビツトマツプデータへ変
換するデータ変換手段と、 ビツトマツプデータを記憶する記憶手段と、 コマンド解釈手段が縮小モード指定コマンドを
検知した場合に、データ変換手段が変換したビツ
トマツプデータを前記コマンドに含まれる指定倍
率に基づいて均等間引きし、指定倍率により定ま
る複数ページ分のページデータを記憶手段へ展開
するデータ展開手段と、 コマンド解釈手段が縮小モード指定コマンドを
検知しており、前記の複数ページ分のページデー
タが蓄積された場合に、記憶手段のデータを通常
のアドレス指定によつて読出し、プリンタで複数
のページデータを一枚の用紙内に配設記録させる
記録制御手段 とを具備したことを特徴とするプリンタ制御装置
