However, the disadvantages were that the crushing capacity decreased and the cost for replacement increased significantly. In addition, the frequency of replacement, including turning the front and back as described above, is important, for example, when crushing rocks for aggregate.
The work of replacing the hammer, which weighs approximately 100 kg, once every 1.5 to 3 months was extremely demanding.

The above-mentioned joint table is attached to the striker using attachment members such as bolts or wedges, but as a result of collision with the raw material, the side surface of the striker facing the side casing liner wears out, and the wear extends to the attachment member. This may cause problems such as the mounting member becoming loose or becoming unable to be removed from the striker.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a striker for an impact type crusher that does not cause difficulty in attaching and detaching a joint stand.

The piece of carbide material at the tip of the striker is worn out (joint table)
Even if wear extends to the joint surface of the joint base, the side surface of the joint base and the striker should be kept at an angle of 15° to the side casing liner surface from the side end of the joint face of the side end of the striker to the joint base.
Since the mounting member provided inside this line is not worn further than the surface inclined inward, the mounting member provided inside this line is prevented from being worn.

As can be seen from the figure, the wear depth becomes constant at around 25 mm and has not progressed beyond that point, and the angle θ between the initial side surface (parallel to the side casing liner) and the worn side surface converges to 15°. However, it was found that it remained constant and did not advance any further, regardless of the material of the striking element 6b. This shows that if a mounting member such as a bolt is provided inside this inclined surface, wear of the mounting member can be prevented.

As described above, the present invention includes a rotating rotor that rotates around a main shaft provided inside a casing, a plurality of strikers fixed to the outer periphery of the rotating rotor, and a plurality of strikers arranged around the rotating rotor. A repulsion plate is provided at a distance, and is detachably attached to the tip of the rotating striker so that the raw material splashed by the tip of the rotating striker collides with the tip of the striker and the repulsion plate and is crushed. In a striker for an impact type crusher in which a piece of carbide material is joined to the tip of the striker via a joining base, the attachment member for attaching the joint base at the end of the striker to the striker is connected to the impact at the side end. This is a striker for an impact type crusher, which is characterized in that it is provided further inward than a surface that is inclined 15 degrees inward with respect to the side casing liner surface from the end of the joint surface of the child to the joint table. Even if the wear of the carbide material piece at the tip extends to the joint surface to the joint table, the mounting member of the joint table should be attached to the surface (wearing Since it is mounted further inside than the limit), it is possible to avoid inconveniences such as the mounting member becoming worn and loosening, causing the joint base to come off or making it difficult to remove the joint base.
