イツチングトランジスタ、ＩＥはエミツタ共通電
源を示す。

Claims (1)
- エミツタが共通エミツタ電流源に接続され、各
コレクタが第１及び第２の定電流源に接続されて
いる第１及び第２のトランジスタのコレクタ間に
磁界変調コイルを接続し、前記第１及び第２のト
ランジスタを交互にオン／オフ制御すると共に、
前記第１及び第２の定電流源に流れる電流が前記
共通エミツタ電流の1/2となるように設定されて
いることを特徴とする磁界変調コイルのドライブ
回路。
