Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザ素子とこの半導体レーザ素子より
出射する拡散光束を平行光束に変換する光学素子
を備えた半導体レーザ装置において、前記光学素
子に片面フレネルレンズを用い、このフレネルレ
ンズの焦点距離と、光学素子の厚さを一致させ、
半導体レーザ素子と、光学素子のフレネルレンズ
面と対向する面を密着させたことを特徴とする半
導体レーザ装置。
