Claims (1)
- 側面に磁気ヘツドを持つとともに端面に溝を持
つスライダと、上記端面に対向する端面を持つス
ライダ支持具と、上記側面に面を平行にし間隔を
あけて配置され上記スライダの端面および上記ス
ライダ支持具の端面間を結合する複数の板状のサ
スペンシヨンスプリングと、同サスペンシヨンス
プリング間に所定の隙間をあけて配置され一端が
上記スライダ支持具の端面に固定され他端が上記
溝に対向する圧電体とを備え、上記圧電体に電圧
を印加しない場合は、上記他端と上記溝の間に隙
間があり、上記圧電体に電圧を印加した場合、上
記他端が上記溝に挿入される構成にあることを特
徴とする浮動ヘツド装置。
