- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電源＋Ｂに接続されるパワーＭＯＳ ＦＥ
Ｔ１と、該パワーＭＯＳ ＦＥＴ１のゲートに電
圧を供給するゲート電圧昇圧回路２と、該ゲート
電圧昇圧回路２へ一定のデユーテイ比のパルスを
供給し、少なくとも充放電用コンデンサＣからな
る発振回路３とを有するパワーＭＯＳ ＦＥＴゲ
ート電圧昇圧回路において、 前発振回路３の充放電用コンデンサＣの放電を
調整する抵抗４と、 該抵抗４を接地するスイツチ手段５と、 前記直流電源＋Ｂの電圧変動を検出して前記ス
イツチ手段５を開閉する電圧変動検出手段６とを
備えることを特徴とするパワーＭＯＳ ＦＥＴゲ
ート電圧昇圧回路。
