Conventional technology and problems Traditionally, metal industries where chemicals containing harmful ingredients are used, particularly in the Metsuki factory, etc., handle strong acids, alkaline chemicals, and powerful chemicals, so reinforced plastic floors with excellent corrosion resistance and strength have been used. has been used. As shown in Figure 2, such floors were constructed by overlapping the ends of the glass mats, or by constructing the glass mats in a butt-like fashion, but in the former method, the overlapping part became a step. Therefore, it was necessary to scrape it off to make it smooth, but the latter had the disadvantage that the strength of the joint was significantly reduced and it could crack.

Purpose of the invention This invention solves the above conventional problems.
Reduces the decrease in strength of glass mat connections,
The purpose is to provide a floor structure that can be finished smoothly.

Structure of the invention In this invention, two glass mats are bent in the center and stacked on top of each other so that the connecting parts are smoothly attached, and the glass mats are coated with thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin or polyester resin. This floor structure is characterized in that a glass mat reinforced resin layer is formed by impregnating and curing a synthetic resin.

FIG. 1 is a partial sectional view of a floor structure 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional floor structure in which the ends of the glass mats 1 are overlapped with each other. The surface of the base waterproof mortar 3 is treated with a primer 4 using an epoxy resin, and each of the two glass mats 1 with a weight of 135 g/m 2 is bent at the center to form a double layer, one being the upper layer and the other being the lower layer. The glass mat 1 is impregnated with a thermosetting resin 5 such as an epoxy resin and cured to form a glass mat reinforced resin layer A having a thickness of 2 mm.
Furthermore, a colored top coat 6 is applied to the surface of the glass mat reinforced resin layer A.

The glass mat 1 is suitably made of cloth-like glass fibers such as chopped strand mat or glass cloth, and the thickness of the glass mat reinforcing resin layer A is suitably in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm. Therefore, it is possible to select and use a thick one or a thin one as appropriate.

After the resin is dry to the touch, the surface of the glass mat reinforced resin layer A is coated with thermosetting resin 5 one or more times, thereby increasing the strength and corrosion resistance of the glass mat reinforced resin layer A itself. Further, as the thermosetting resin 5 to be impregnated,
Room temperature curing thermosetting resins used as lining materials, such as epoxy resins, polyester resins, curable acrylate resins, epoxy acrylate resins, and urethane resins, are used. If necessary, it may be colored by applying a top coat or by mixing a coloring agent with the thermosetting resin.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, in the floor structure of the present invention, the joints of the glass mats are smooth and double-finished, so there is no need to sand down the overlapping parts of the glass mats with a sander or the like to make them smooth. Because of its good properties, it is easy to work with, and it is possible to form a strong protective layer of the glass mat reinforced resin layer without reducing the strength of the connection parts, resulting in a floor structure that is resistant to acids and alkalis.
It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including floors in factories in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as waste liquid treatment pits, slush tanks, and drainage channels.
