- 光、音波、超音波、電波、磁気等のうちの少く
とも１つにより電圧が誘起される電源と、上記電
源から得られる電圧を交流電力に変換するチヨツ
パ回路と、上記チヨツパ回路から得られる交流電
力を直流電力に変換する整流回路と、上記整流回
路から得られる直流電力が加えられるセンサとを
備えた防爆型センサ。
