【発明の詳細な説明】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は独立的な製造物のクレー
ムとして前文に示した型の容器、並びに独立的な方法の
クレームとして前文に示した内容の容器の製造方法に係
わる。
【課題を解決するための手段】錠剤やその類似物、例え
ば医薬品錠剤のための最初にシールされている容器を、
より簡単に製造し、充填し、且つ操作するために、請求
項1に記載の容器が提案された。容器ユニットの実施例
が容器ユニットを目標にしてサブクレームに述べられて
いる。本発明の方法が、方法の確立を目標にして独立ク
レームの中で規定されている。方法の実施例が方法を目
標にしてサブクレームに述べられている。従って本発明
によると、容器ケースを有する容器部材が用いられ、ケ
ースには、最初のシール付きの恒久的固定シール手段が
ケースの一端部に設けられている。容器部材は密閉部を
下方にして位置付けられ、且つ所望の製品である錠剤な
どが次に充填される。続いて充足体又は分離板が挿入さ
れて、実際の製品容積のための有効容器容積を調節する
。次に個別の底部部品がケースの開口縁端部へ恒久的に
固定される。底部部品にはケース内に伸びる突起部が設
けられている。この突起部は容器ユニットのケース中の
製品上の自由スペースを満たすような寸法である。この
ような突起部は従って前記充足体又は分離板と交代し得
る。底部部品には好適には、軸方向に外側へ露出する凹
みが設けられている。この凹みは容器内製品に関するパ
ンフレットなどを受入れる隙間を形成する。この凹みは
ストッパから成る蓋で閉められるが、ストッパは底部部
品の凹みにぴったりと合う。ストッパにはフランジが設
けられ、このフランジは前記凹みの周囲で底部部品に対
して押当する。底部部品には好ましくは、容器ユニット
の支持表面を規定する周縁アップセット部を持ち、従っ
てストッパのフランジが支持表面の中へとへこむ。スト
ッパの長さは、スペースのための適当深さを規定し且つ
できれば製品容積に充分な容器内自由高さを規定するよ
う調整される。ストッパの寸法は好ましくは、容器密閉
部の頸部での開口寸法を考慮して調節されている。密閉
部は通常蓋を有し、蓋は最初のシールが破られた後に使
用される。従って最初の蓋は通常は容器の頸部にスナッ
プ式にはめ合っている。しかしこれはリューマチ性収縮
又はなんらかの他のハンディキャップを持つ欠点を伴な
う。この理由で底部部品に関係するストッパの寸法は容
器の頸部寸法に調節されており、ストッパが容易に頸部
の中に入れられ最初の蓋の代替物となるように調節され
ている。薬剤師/分配者は例えば最初のシールを開らき
、最初の蓋のヒンジを切断しそれを除去する。使用者は
次に底部部品中にあるストッパを取除き、ストッパを容
器の頸部の中に又は周囲に挿入してゆるやかなはめ合わ
せを行なう。フランジがあるために、それを取除こうと
する際は容易に掴むことが可能である。本発明によれば
、底部部品には任意の色彩が用いられ、それにより製品
の種類や製造業者を識別し得る。
【実施例】本発明は次に添付図面を参照して、例示とし
ての実施例により説明されよう。図1には円形−円筒型
ケース20を含む容器ユニット1を示し、該ケースには
剛性材料の密閉部10が一体的に設けられ、密閉部には
ヒンジを介して開閉可能にされた蓋11及び最初のシー
ル12が含まれている。容器の中に充填しようとする場
合は、容器ユニット1を倒立させ次に所望の製品を充填
する。分離板36が品物に充分に接触するまで挿入され
、続いてケース20に対してしっかりと固定される。 それから底部部品30がケースの開口端部上に好ましく
は回転−摩擦溶接によってはめ合わされる。ケース20
及び底部部品30は、好ましくはポリプロペンで作られ
る。底部部品には外部に露出した軸方向凹み31が設け
られ、この中へストッパ37が位置付けられる。ストッ

入を容易にし、こうしてストッパの底部部品30からの
除去を可能ならしめる。凹み31の深さは実質的にスト
ッパ上の突起部38よりも長さが大きく、従ってストッ
パ37と底部部品30との間には隙間が形成され、好ま
しくは容器中の製品に関したパンフレット(図示なし)
を収め得る。底部部品30は、容器ケース20の中に延
びる突起部33と、ケース20の縁端部21に対して結
合表面を形成する肩付き部34とを有する。変形実施例
では分離板36を除くことができる。その場合底部部品
30はその代わりに次のような突起部33、即ち該突起
部33の軸方向長さが容器ケース20中で品物に占有さ
れていないスペースを充たすようなものである。図2で
は容器部材1が、その密閉部10が下側に面し且つケー
ス20の開口縁端部21が上方に向いている状態がAに
示される。容器部材は次にBステーションに移され、こ
こでは製品充填手段50が製品を容器部材内に供給する
。製品を詰められた容器部材は続いてCステーションへ
移され、分離位置36が挿入手段60によって挿入され
、板は段階Dで示されるように中の製品の真上ではめ会
わされる。段階Eでは底部部品30が押圧手段70を介
して容器部材の上に押圧される。続くFの段階では、底
部部品30が溶接手段80を介してケース20の部分に
回転−摩擦溶接される。製品の充填された容器は次に別
のステーションGへ搬送され、底部部品の凹みにはパン
フレットが挿入され、ストッパ37が底部部品30の凹
みに挿入されて底部部品はパンフレットを保有したもの
となり、またラベル90などが添付される。容器部材は
中に入れられる量に関係なく好ましくは一定高さである
。底部部品30の高さはその支持表面から肩付き部34
までは、底部部品の突起部33の軸方向長さに係わらず
一定なのが好ましい。従って容器全体として一定の高さ
を持つ。こうすると充填操作、容器の包装、または内容
物表示のラベル付けとか印刷の際に便利である。

Claims (16)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】  最初のシールにより最初にシールされ
    ている蓋を含む密閉部付きの容器を有する容器ユニット
    であって、前記容器ユニットが、一体的に形成された剛
    性材料の容器部材を有し、前記容器部材がケース及び密
    閉部を有し、また容器用の個別的底部部品が、製品入り
    の容器部材のケースへ恒久的に固定されている容器ユニ
    ット。
  2. 【請求項2】  底部部品とケースとの間の結合領域が
    円形であり、底部部品がケースへ回転−摩擦溶接され、
    また底部部品及びケースが少なくとも結合領域では同一
    材料で作られており、前記材料が好ましくはポリプロペ
    ンである請求項1に記載の容器ユニット。
  3. 【請求項3】  底部部品にはストッパを受取るための
    軸方向凹みが外側に設けられており、前記ストッパが蓋
    にとって代わり得るような形に好ましくは形成されてお
    り、且つ容器の頸部へ部分的に特に容易に適合され又は
    それから離脱される請求項1又は2に記載の容器ユニッ
    ト。
  4. 【請求項4】  底部部品の凹み及びストッパが、容器
    内製品の使用上の指示のようなパンフレット又は類似物
    用の隙間を形成している請求項3に記載の容器ユニット
  5. 【請求項5】  容器が標準寸法に予め決定されており
    、製品量に対応する有効容積が、有効容積に対応する容
    器中の高さに位置する製品以下にある支持用壁によって
    規定されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の
    容器ユニット。
  6. 【請求項6】  容器の有効容積が、ケースの横断面を
    仕切る突起部を持つ容器用底部部品によって規定され、
    前記突起部の端部が、容器の所望有効容積に対応するケ
    ースの下方縁端部から所定距離をとって位置している請
    求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の容器ユニット。
  7. 【請求項7】  個別的分離板が容器ケースの中に所定
    レベルではめ合わされ、それにより製品が分離板で規定
    されるスペースで密閉部隣接の容器部分の中まで実質的
    に充たされている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載
    の容器ユニット。
  8. 【請求項8】  最初に底部部品に入れられたストッパ
    には、ストッパの掴み用エッジを構成する凹みフランジ
    が設けられている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載
    の容器ユニット。
  9. 【請求項9】  製品を入れた容器ユニットを製造する
    方法であって、最初のシールが設けられた密閉部と、そ
    れと一体的に形成された剛性材料のケースとを有する容
    器部材を密閉部が下になるように位置付け、ケースの開
    口縁端部を介して容器部材の中に製品を導入し、容器用
    の個別的底部部品を容器ケースの開口縁端部へ入れ、次
    に底部部品を容器部材のケースに結合する方法。
  10. 【請求項10】  製品容積に実質的に対応するケース
    中でのスペースを規定すべく、製品装入後において分離
    板をケース内に挿入する請求項9に記載の方法。
  11. 【請求項11】  ケース中へ突出する突起部を有する
    底部部品が用いられ、前記部品の寸法が、容器部材内で
    当該製品の容積のために前記突出部によって規定される
    容積を調節するように選択されている請求項9に記載の
    方法。
  12. 【請求項12】  容器部材の同一寸法が、異なった製
    品容積に関して使用される請求項9から12のいずれか
    一項に記載の方法。
  13. 【請求項13】  容器部材用の底部部品及びケースが
    、同一ポリマー材料、好ましくはポリプロペンの結合領
    域を少なくとも有しており、結合領域が円形であり、ま
    た底部部品が回転−摩擦溶接によってケースに結合され
    ている請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
  14. 【請求項14】  底部部品の色彩が、製品又は製造業
    者を識別するために選択される請求項9から13のいず
    れか一項に記載の方法。
  15. 【請求項15】  凹みを持った底部部品が使用され、
    前記底部部品が製品に関連したパンフレットを受取り、
    且つ好ましくはストッパで閉鎖される請求項9から14
    のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
  16. 【請求項16】  前記凹みがストッパによって閉鎖さ
    れ、前記ストッパが、密閉部の最初のシール蓋に関して
    の容易に操作される代替物として用い得られるような寸
    法である請求項15に記載の方法。
