Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A rotor with a plurality of squeezing rollers arranged around the periphery is provided in a vacuum chamber having a suction/deaeration port, and a rotor is provided between the squeezing roller and the inner wall of the chamber.
