Claims (1)
ンサ棒と、このセンサ棒の上部にセンサ棒で検知
した油温の表示・通報などを行う主回路を内装し
た本体ケースとからなる天ぷら鍋用温度センサに
おいて、前記センサ棒の下端に所定個数のサーミ
スタを配設し、前記主回路にドライバ回路部を所
定個数設け、一つのサーミスタを各ドライバ回路
部のうち油温が上昇してサーミスタの抵抗値が下
がることにより所定油温で主電源をＯＮさせるド
ライバ回路部に接続し、他の数個のサーミスタを
前記本体ケースの上面に並列状態に配設した表示
ランプを油温が上昇するにしたがつて各サーミス
タの抵抗値が下がることにより順次設定油温を越
える毎に点灯させるドライバ回路部に夫々接続し
、残りの一つのサーミスタを油温が上昇してサー
ミスタの抵抗値が下がることにより油温が設定危
険油温を越えたときブザーなどの通報装置を作動
させるドライバ回路部に接続したことを特徴とす
