Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の電流レンジ設定用の抵抗ごとに設けられ
た複数のリレーを切換えることで、アンプからの
出力を所定の電流レンジに切換える電流レンジ切
換部と、 前記電流レンジ設定用の抵抗に生じる電圧降下
を測定する電流／電圧変換部と、 前記電流レンジ切換部の出力端と共通電位間に
リレー診断時にオンとなる切換スイツチで接続さ
れた内部負荷とを備え、 前記電流／電圧変換部から得られる電圧信号の
値により、前記リレーの異常動作を判断できるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする電圧電流発生装置。
