Claims (1)
- 被測定物を収納するメインタンク１と、このメ
インタンクに連通して設けられた補正タンク２と
、上記メインタンクおよび補正タンクを仕切る隔
壁に垂直に取付けられ、上記メインタンクおよび
補正タンクのそれぞれの内圧を所定周波数で変化
させる体積変化手段５と、この体積変化手段に基
づく圧力変動を検出して得た検出出力と上記体積
変化手段を駆動する所定周波数の駆動信号との間
で相関を演算する相関手段８，９と、この相関手
段で得られた相関値に基づいて上記メインタンク
内に収納されている被測定物の体積を測定する被
測定物体積算出手段１０，１１，１２とを備えた
タンク装置において、上記体積変化手段の重心位
置を上記タンクユニツトの上面に一致させたこと
を特徴とするタンク装置。
