Claims (1)
- ＳＯＲ光観測用真空ダクトとテレビカメラとの
間に設置される分解能調整用のフイルタ装置にお
いて、前記フイルタを複数組とし、それぞれの組
のフイルタを単独ないし重ねて配置することで分
解能調整範囲を細かくできるように遠隔走査機構
を介して移動可能に設置したことを特徴とするＳ
ＯＲ光モニタ用フイルタ装置。
