Claims (1)
- γ線シールドおよび中性子シールドの２重のシ
ールド壁で囲まれた真空容器内に検出器が配置さ
れた中性粒子分析器において、中性粒子が入射す
るためのシールドの開口部に対向したシールド壁
の部分が筒状に外方へ突出した形状に形成された
ことを特徴とする中性粒子分析器。
