明基体の裏面全体に黒色塗膜5を一様に形成し、
その後、該黒色塗膜に対して後方からYAGレー
ザ光線を照射し、該塗膜を所望形状に部分的に除
去する。その際、レーザ光線の出力および/また
は該塗膜の厚みが適当に設定されていると、該塗
膜と共に、その下地の該透明基体裏面の合成樹脂
基材表面部分も薄く均一に除去され、レーザ加工
痕3が形成される。該レーザ加工痕には該透明基
体と導光杆との結合の際にシリコン系接着剤が充
填される。該接着剤を該レーザ加工痕に充填する
には、該凹穴の対応個所に接着剤を所定量注入ま
たは塗布した後で対応する該頭部をこれに押し込
めばよく、前記レーザ加工痕の深さに応じた膜厚
の接着剤による透光性被膜2を得ることができ
る。該接着剤には白色の顔料が均一に混合分散さ
