続したパイプを複数に分岐して接続し、この複数の接続
口に断面Vの字形で内周壁と外周壁の周方向に一定間隔
に噴出ノズルが開孔された中空リングを取り付けて連通

し中空リング内を高圧することにより、中空リング内の
純水が噴出ノズルより高圧となって噴出し、減圧タンク
の内面や密閉蓋の内面に付着堆積したものが剥離除去さ
