Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チエーンガイドにより支持された無端状のチエ
    ーンと、このチエーンに等ピツチで支持された多
    数の移動支柱と、これら移動支柱に所定距離昇降
    可能に取付けられて被メツキ材を支持する多数の
    支持装置と、駆動装置により軸芯周りに所定速度
    で回転駆動される回動軸と、この回動軸と一体に
    回動する回動レバーと、前記回動軸と平行でかつ
    軸芯周りに回動可能な中間軸と、円周方向等間隔
    おきに前記回動レバーが嵌合する複数の凹部が形
    成されかつ前記中間軸に取付けられて回動レバー
    の１回転毎に所定角度回動するゼネバーホイール
    と、前記中間軸に取付けられた第１の中間歯車と
    、前記中間軸と平行でかつ軸芯周りに回動可能な
    駆動軸と、この駆動軸に取付けられて前記第１の
    中間歯車に噛合する第２の中間歯車と、前記駆動
    軸に取付けられて前記チエーンを駆動する駆動ス
    プロケツトと、前記回動レバーに少なくとも索体
    を介して連結されて所定距離昇降する昇降体と、
    この昇降体に取付けられて昇降体の上昇時に１個
    の前記支持装置と係合する引上げ装置と、前記昇
    降体に取付けられて昇降体の下降時に１個の前記
    支持装置と係合する引下げ装置とを有し、前記回
    動軸の回動により、前記被メツキ材が、前記支持
    装置に支持された状態で処理槽の処理液中を支持
    装置の１ピツチずつ間欠的に移動すると共に、前
    記処理槽の終端部で前記引上げ装置により前記支
    持装置と一体に処理液中から引上げられ、かつ前
    記処理槽の始端部で前記引下げ装置により前記支
    持装置と一体に処理液中に引下げられ、前記支持
    装置が前記処理槽の終端から始端まで移動する間
    に支持装置に支持された被メツキ材の交換が行わ
    れる構成の被メツキ材搬送装置において、互いに
    噛合する前記第１の中間歯車と前記第２の中間歯
    車とを複数対設け、これら対の第１の中間歯車と
    第２の中間歯車との歯数比を相互に異ならせ、前
    記各対の第１の中間歯車と第２の中間歯車とのう
    ち少なくとも一方を前記中間軸あるいは前記駆動
    軸に対して相対回動可能に取付けると共に連結装
    置により解除可能に連結し、前記引上げ装置およ
    び前記引下げ装置を前記第１の中間歯車と前記第
    ２の中間歯車との対の数と同数ずつ設け、前記被
    メツキ材の送りピツチを前記支持装置の取付けピ
    ツチの整数倍に可変できる構成としたことを特徴
    とする被メツキ材搬送装置。
