位置決め装置の実施例を示し、第１図はこれを実
施したくわえ胴の要部切欠き平面図、第２図は側
面図、第３図は第１図の−線断面図、第４図
Ａ，Ｂは二つのくわえカムの作用状態を示す各々
の説明図である。 また、図面中１はフレーム、２は軸受メタル、
３はくわえ胴、８ａ，８ｂはカムフオロア、１０
はカムホルダ、１２は位置決めピン、１２ａは操
作軸部、１２ｂはピン部、１３は長溝、１５は歯
、１６は歯車、１７は軸、１８はハンドル、１９
はクランプ、２０はボルト、２１は棒状ハンドル
、Ａは第１くわえカム、Ｂは第２くわえカムであ
る。

Claims (1)
- くわえ胴の半周間隔の二箇所に設けたくわえ板
を、胴軸線上へタンデムに設けた第１及び第２く
わえカムで個別に開閉駆動する折機において、前
記第１くわえカムをフレームに嵌着したくわえ胴
の軸受メタルに固設するとともに、前記第２くわ
えカムを前記軸受メタルに回動自在に外嵌するカ
ムホルダに固設し、この第２くわえカムの位置決
めを行う位置決めピンを、その操作軸部を前記軸
受メタルの軸芯方向へ回動自在に貫通させるとと
もに該操作軸部の内端に拡径かつ偏心させて設け
たピン部を前記カムホルダの側面に形成した長溝
内へ臨入させて、設けたことを特徴とする折機の
くわえカム位置決め装置。
