However, with conventional flip-up doors, if the lifting wire of the door comes off, it is no longer possible to open the door due to its heavy weight, and a person cannot open the door. There was a problem of being locked in etc. Furthermore, when the door is electrically operated, there is a problem in that a similar situation occurs even in the event of a power outage.

The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, so that even if a flip-up door in a warehouse etc. cannot be opened due to disconnection of the lifting wire or a power outage, etc., a person can easily open the door. It is very easy to escape from the inside of the box, preventing accidents from trapping people, and is therefore very safe. Moreover, there is no need to install an auxiliary door like in the past. To provide an emergency escape device for when a door cannot be opened, which has very low equipment cost, can prevent people from entering from outside, and is excellent in terms of crime prevention.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, this invention provides an emergency escape opening in a door attached to a warehouse, etc. In an emergency escape device in which a frame is fitted, which is equipped with an inner clamping protrusion and an outer clamping protrusion that are clamped from both sides and is equipped with an opening closing plate, the inner clamping protrusion of the frame is pressed against the inner clamping protrusion from the inside of the door. It has enough elasticity and protrusion height to be able to detach from the door part around the opening, and the outer clamping protrusion has a higher protrusion height than the inner clamping protrusion. The gist is the escape device.

Function According to the emergency escape device when the door cannot be opened, if the door cannot be opened and a person is trapped inside the warehouse, the closing plate of the emergency escape opening of the door can be opened from the inside. For example, you can kick it with your foot. As a result, the inner clamping convex part of the frame integrated with the closing plate bends due to its elasticity and comes off from the door part at the periphery of the opening.
The closing plate and frame fall off together on the outside of the door. This allows people to easily escape from the opening.

On the other hand, when a person tries to remove the frame in order to intrude from the outside, the frame's outer clamping protrusion has a higher protruding height than the inner clamping protrusion, so the frame cannot be seen from the outside. It cannot be removed and is therefore excellent in terms of security.

In Fig. 1, 1 is, for example, a warehouse, 2 is a flip-up door attached to the entrance/exit of the warehouse, and 3 is an emergency escape device of this invention installed on door 2 when the door cannot be opened. This is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. In the figure, an emergency escape opening 4 is provided at the lower end of the door 2, and this opening 4 includes:
A frame 5 is fitted into the frame 5, which includes an inner clamping protrusion 6 and an outer clamping protrusion 7 that sandwich the door portion 2a around the opening 4 from both inside and outside sides, and an opening closing plate 8. This frame 5 is made of a material such as elastic rubber or synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or silicone resin, and the protruding height of the inner clamping protrusion 6 is smaller than that of the outer clamping protrusion 7. , the inner holding convex portion 6 can be removed from the door portion 2a at the periphery of the opening 4 by a pressing force from the inside of the door 2. The outer clamping convex portion 7 is
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the protruding height is two to three times higher than that of the inner clamping convex portion 6.

In the above, if the lifting wire (not shown) of the flip-up door 2 comes off or the door 2 becomes unable to open due to a power outage, etc., and a person is trapped inside the warehouse 1, the For example, by kicking the closing plate 8 of the emergency escape opening 4 of the door 2 from the inside with your foot. This allows the frame 5 to be integrated with the closing plate 8.
The inner holding protrusion 6 bends due to its elasticity and comes off from the door portion 2a at the periphery of the opening 4, and the closing plate 8 and frame 5 fall together to the outside of the door 2, as shown in FIG. This allows a person to easily escape from the opening 4.

In addition, as shown in the drawing, the outer holding protrusion 7 has the following shapes:
It has a protruding height that is two to three times higher than that of the inner sandwiching convex portion 6. Here, the inner clamping protrusion 6 of the frame 5 has elasticity and a protruding height to the extent that it can be detached from the door portion 2a at the periphery of the opening 4 due to the pressing force from the inside of the door 2. The outer clamping protrusion 7, which has a protruding height two to three times higher than the inner clamping protrusion 6, cannot be removed from the outside of the door 2.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent people from entering from outside and is excellent in terms of crime prevention.

Note that it is desirable that the height of the opening 4 be 30 cm or more so that a person can easily pass through the opening 4. In addition, the opening closing plate 8 is preferably made of synthetic resin such as acrylic resin or a metal plate so that it will not break when removed, and also so that the position of the opening 4 can be quickly confirmed in an emergency. In addition, it is desirable to make all or part of the closing plate 8 transparent or semi-transparent for illumination, or to provide an appropriate illumination hole or the like.

This invention is applicable not only to warehouses but also to doors in buildings such as stores and large prefabricated refrigerators. In addition, in the case of a large prefabricated refrigerator or the like, in order to prevent heat leakage from the emergency escape opening 4, it is desirable to use a composite organic glass plate having heat insulating properties as the closing plate 8. Also frame 5
Since it is made of an integrally molded product, the inner and outer holding protrusions 6 and 7 are usually provided on the entire periphery of the frame 5, but in some cases these holding protrusions 6 and 7 are provided on a part of the periphery of the frame 5. It may also be set up.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, the emergency escape device for when a door cannot be opened is provided with an emergency escape opening in a door attached to a warehouse, etc., and the door portion around the opening is inserted into this opening. In an emergency escape device in which a frame is fitted, which is equipped with an inner clamping protrusion and an outer clamping protrusion that are clamped from both the inside and outside sides, and is equipped with an opening closing plate, the inner clamping protrusion of the frame absorbs the pressing force from the inside of the door. It has sufficient elasticity and protrusion height to allow it to be detached from the door around the opening, so in warehouses, etc., flip-up doors can be opened by detachment of the hanging wire or by a power outage, etc. Even if the door becomes inoperable, a person can very easily escape by removing the frame and closing plate from the inside of the door, which can prevent accidents where people are trapped. It is very safe, and there is no need to provide an auxiliary door in addition to the flip-up door as in the past, making the equipment cost very low. Furthermore, since the outer clamping protrusion of the frame has a higher protruding height than the inner clamping protrusion, the outer clamping protrusion of the frame cannot be removed from the outside, effectively preventing human intrusion. This has the effect of being superior in terms of crime prevention.
