x方向の巾が前記C溝の内部巾より狭くx方向と所定の
角度をなす方向のy方向の巾が該C溝の内部巾より狭く
かつ該C溝の開口巾より広い前記C溝に挿入される係止
部と、該係止部と一体的で該係止部が該C溝に挿入され
ている時に前記開口部より突出するとともに該係止部の
中央より少なくともy方向に所定間隔隔てた位置にヒモ
等の線材が固定され該線材の引張力により該係止部に該
C溝の長手方向を回転軸としx方向からy方向への回転
モ−メントが作用する固定部をもつ腕部とからなり、前
記係止部を前記C溝に挿入した後、前記腕部に前記回転
モ−メントを作用させて該係止部を該C溝内で回転させ
該係止部の前記y方向の両端を該C溝の内部巾の両側部
